Toland House Properties Limited has led the field in developing concept plans for the Belfast area. With a strong emphasis on community, transport and recreation amenities, we have harnessed a strong emphasis on architectural quality with an integrated approach to development.

In all our sites, we place a premium on quality resources and craftsmanship. We source our bricks and tiles from throughout Europe, choosing specialist kilns and furnaces. In our Mill developments, we preserve and integrate original stonework. The result is a rare blend of the modern and traditional, enabling us to tailor each development in harmony with its environment.

Further, we enhance the environment itself, by regenerating indigenous plantlife. Care is taken to ensure common areas are maintained by experts long after the development becomes a community.

Internally, houses are designed to maximise light and spaciousness, with particular attention paid to the aspect of the house. Standard of finishing is to the highest specification, often introducing features new to Northern Ireland developments.
